What is Naraya Wonder Tour?
Naraya Wonder Tour is a locally operated travel company based in East Java, Indonesia. We offer authentic, safe, and responsible travel experiences across Java Island and beyond.
Is Naraya Wonder Tour licensed?
Yes. We are a fully licensed and registered travel operator in Indonesia.
Are your trips private or group-based?
Most of our trips are private, designed for 1–4 people. For larger groups or custom itineraries, please contact us directly. We also offer limited open trip packages on specific dates.
How do I book a tour?
You can start by choosing your preferred tour and contacting us through WhatsApp, email, or the inquiry form. Our team will assist you with availability, customization, and travel arrangements before confirming your booking.
Do I need to pay in full when booking?
No. We offer a deposit system for most tours. The balance can be paid closer to the departure date.
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept payments via bank transfer and secure payment links. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, while the remaining balance can be paid before the tour begins.
What’s included in the tour package?
Most packages include private transport, accommodation, entrance tickets, English-speaking guide, and some meals. Details are available on each tour page.
Is physical fitness required for the tours?
We do not display physical difficulty grades. However, some tours such as Bromo and Ijen require a moderate level of fitness. Contact us for guidance.
Are English-speaking guides included?
Yes, our tours include English-speaking guides only. Other languages are currently not available.
What is the Travel & Tree program?
Travel & Tree is our carbon offset initiative. For every tour, we plant a tree at no additional cost to you.
How do I know my tree was planted?
We partner with trusted reforestation organizations. You will receive periodic updates or proof of planting.
Can I choose my hotel?
Some tours allow hotel selection from our partner list. For special requests, contact us before confirming your booking.
What type of transport is used?
We use private air-conditioned vehicles with experienced drivers. The type of vehicle depends on the number of participants.
What payment methods are available?
We currently accept payments via bank transfer and secure payment links. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, while the remaining balance can be paid before the tour begins.
Can I book last-minute tours?
We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each tour has specific terms. Generally, cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for partial refund. See our Terms & Conditions.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not included. We recommend purchasing your own travel insurance.
