Terms & Conditions

By using the services of Naraya Wonder Tour (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Payment

  • To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid upon pickup on the day of departure.
  • Currently, we accept payment via bank transfer to our company account.
  • We are in the process of integrating a payment gateway to allow secure payment by credit card and e-wallet. This option will be available soon.
  • All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of currency fluctuation or operational cost changes, with prior notice.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. In general:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit).
  • No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows on the day of departure.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 working days.

3. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • You are responsible for having valid travel documents: passport, visa, permits, etc.
  • We are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

4. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
    • Trip cancellation
    • Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
    • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Naraya Wonder Tour does not provide travel insurance and holds no liability for uninsured losses.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for:
    • Loss, theft, accidents, injuries, delays, or force majeure during the trip
  • Participants agree to follow safety instructions from guides and drivers.

6. Conduct & Tour Participation

  • We reserve the right to remove or refuse service to any individual who:
    • Engages in illegal activity
    • Disrupts the tour experience
    • Causes danger or discomfort to others
  • No refunds will be given in such cases.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as:
    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions or political unrest
    • Pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events
  • We will try to offer alternative dates or credits if possible.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect only the data necessary for booking and travel arrangements.
  • Your information is kept confidential and will not be shared unless required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Malang, East Java.
